  • 1 swordfish steak
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Cayenne
  • Garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Pan Fried Swordfish Directions

  1. Season swordfish steak generously with all seasonings. Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Sear fish for 2-4 minutes on each side. Check for desired amount of doneness. Should be opaque inside and juicy. Do not overcook.
