Crockpot Pork Chops with Pineapple and Apple

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 Apple, peeled, cored, and diced into 1 inch chunks
  • 2 pork chops, thick cut and bone-in, seasoned with salt, pepper and cayenne
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbls brown sugar
  • 2 tbls soy sauce
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Crockpot Pork Chops with Pineapple and Apple Directions

  1. Place pork  in bottom of crockpot. Cover with pineapple, onion and apple. In separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and soy sauce. Pour over food in crockpot. 
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Eat over rice or pasta and enjoy!
