Cherry Sauce
Delicious sauce for meat, ice cream, pancakes or waffles.
Ingredients

- 2 Cups Fresh cherries, pitts removed
- 0.33 Cup Sugar
- 0.33 Cup Red wine
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
Cherry Sauce Directions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat add cherries and sugar. Cook until thickend, about 15 minutes.
Once thickened, remove from heat and add wine and vanilla. Stir till combined and then cool.
You can enjoy over meat or dessert. I ate it over grilled lamb leg!
