1 swordfish steak
Old Bay Seasoning
Salt
Cayenne
Garlic powder
4 tablespoons butter
Pan Fried Swordfish Directions
Season swordfish steak generously with all seasonings. Melt butter in skillet over medium high heat.
Sear fish for 2-4 minutes on each side. Check for desired amount of doneness. Should be opaque inside and juicy. Do not overcook.
