Mix the water with the yogurt. Add the flour to the water mixture a little bit at a time and mix until it is firm and a little sticky. If too sticky add more flour. If too dry add more water till you can pick it up without it sticking to your hands. Let rest covered in a warm place for 45 minutes. Warm a skillet on medium high heat. Add oil. When oil is ready pull a hand size lump from the dough and flatten by hand. Grill on each side till brown.
Variation 1: Add salt to the dough. Variation 2: Add fresh herbs such as chives, cilantro, rosemary, etc. into the dough. Variation 3: When bread is done frying, brush butter over top and sprinkle with salt or other seasoning.
