Pre-heat oven to 400° Pull off fat from one rack of ribs. Cut a big X on the back of the ribs with a knife. Place ribs on rack over a pan. Put liquid smoke in the bottom of that pan. Use about ⅓ cup of this rub per rack of ribs. Save extra in a container and keep in refrigerator. Put rub on ribs. Cover with foil. Bake at 400° for 3 hours. Take out of oven and pour on favorite barbecue sauce. Put on the grill for about 15-20 minutes each side (until you think the sauce is cooked on). Enjoy!
